The assignment lists are available on the lecturer's website.

The primary programing language used during the class is Python 3 (documentation for Python 3.7). Please familiarise yourself also with the package NetworkX - one of the most useful package for studies of the structure of complex networks.

Assessment To get the positive final grade (>=3.0) student ought to solve the tasks from the assignment lists and then present his results as well as the solution for particular task during the class. Each assignment list will be graded on the 100 point basis. The final grade from the laboratory is given based on the average of the scores from all assignment lists. The precises ranges of points for particular grade you can find in the handouts from the first lecture (Lecturer's website). Furthermore, if the solution will be submitted after a relevant deadline the score will be reduced by 10% for each day of the delay.

Class attendance is mandatory. Students are allowed to have no more than two absences in semester.

Information about remote office hours

In accordance to Rector's Directive regarding COVID-19 outbreak, my office hours in room 6.06, C-11 are canceled until further notice. All direct meetings will take place only via Skype. To receive my Skype login please send me a request via e-mail.
